About Me
- Pam, aka, Dessert Lady
- I'm a cheese-a-holic if truth be told. I could eat my way through a Brie, tunnel into a Gorgonzola, and get lost in a Smoked Gouda. And after I leave the Cheese-a-holics' Anonymous meeting, you'll find me in the Shoe-A-Holics front row. I'm also fascinated and mesmerized by dragonflies. I love my family....my friends.....my beautiful Goldens, entertaining and dining out. I have been described as "an enigma wrapped in a cannolli." I believe that the description fits me well. And, as former co-owner and baker for a small dessert cafe' I was able to fulfill a dream and share my love of delicious, homemade desserts with my wonderful customers. I've also written two cookbooks, "Standing Ovations" and "Bill of Fare," and have been a contributing food writer in "The ABC's of Food."
